The Inner Stance
1. Personal responsibility to meet all needs internally.
2. Hold all control internal.
3. Hold a safe space.
4. Witness the essence, wisdom, and capacity.
5. Encourage them to find their own unique way.
Inner stance for the parent, grandparent, or caregiver to hold inside self.
1. Personal Responsibility - Meet all your needs internally.
Core needs are... love, connection, respect, appreciation,
validation, safety, support, and fulfillment.
Fill in other needs you might have in regard to children in your
life...
Needs
• You love yourself. You do not need the child to love you.
• You are finding a connection inside yourself. You are not looking for a
sense of connection with the child.
• You are respecting yourself and do not need respect from the child. You
are modeling how to respect self to the child.
• You appreciate yourself and are not needing appreciation from the child.
• You are validating your own self and do not need the child to validate
your emotions or your experience.
• You are creating your own sense of safety and are not needing the child
to provide safety for you.
• You are supporting yourself and do not need the child to support you.
• You are fulfilled internally and are not needing the child to fulfill you.
When you take responsibility for meeting your own needs internally you
have the ability to hold a safe and loving container for the child to bloom.
2. Hold all control internal.
You, Soul rider hold all your control in your own divine line/loop.
Invite your body to hold all of its control in its own divine lines/loops.
Invite your Teams to hold all of their control in their own divine lines/loops.
Invite your energy fields, body, and Teams to model that stance to the
child.
Encourage the Soul, body, and Teams of the child to hold all of their control
in their own divine lines, and loops.
3. Hold a safe space.
Cultivate an inner stance in your heart that embodies a safe,
compassionate, encouraging container.
A safe heart inner stance holds the following qualities...
- Compassion - Compassion is acknowledging, and validating their
experience without the desire to fix it or change it in ANY way.
Validate their emotions and experience with “you” statements.
Example: “You are feeling anxious.” “You are feeling angry.” “You are
feeling afraid.”
If you have a hard time validating the child use this tool...
Ask yourself the question.
If you were this child how would you feel?
Then validate their emotions depending on how you might feel. If you are
wrong they will often correct you and tell you how they are feeling if you
have created a safe space. You do not need to worry about being right.
Explore the idea that all emotions are something to hold space for, validate,
encourage, and not fix.
Nothing is wrong if a child has an emotion.
There is nothing to fix.
Just hold a safe space to hold for the emotional vibrational experience of
transformation and maturation.
The How -quickly label the child’s emotions and it will pass within seconds.
How to help children process emotions...
Encourage them to...
Ride their emotions like a wave.
Emotions are like the weather - waves, fire, tornado, whirlpools,
rainstorms, ect...
Kiddy pool to slosh in the emotions.
Be an animal and process the emotions in animal form.
4. Witness the essence, wisdom, and capacity.
- Witness the courage and inner strength of the child.
- Encourage the child to embrace the experience and use it as their own
mechanism to mature, awaken, and evolve into the magnificent being that
they are.
5. Encourage them to find their own unique way.
Validate the positive qualities they have and ask them questions that help
them find their own inner wisdom.
Example: You are very curious and smart. What would happen if you in a
very safe space where you were protected and you could ask the monster
under your bed what they are afraid of?
Children (Really Everyone!)
Every reaction a child has is because of an energetic response.
This energetic response then triggers an emotional response.
A mental thought form is then formed.
This can then can be processed physically if it is not processed
appropriately in the energetic or emotional fields.
Every emotion is an opportunity to mature, and change vibration, which
creates an evolution of consciousness.
Reasons for...
Anxiety
Afraid of a need not getting met. (Safe, loved, valued, connected,
supported, feeling in control, self-worth, ect.)
Holding awareness in the future.
Holding awareness in the past.
Empathically feeling another.
Worry
(Fear of not getting a core need)
Control, Safe, Valued
Fear
Afraid they will not be...
Safe, supported, secure, loved, connected, valued, or fear of
abandonment.
Another possibility is...
They are holding their awareness in discordant dimensions, or dimensions
that they are not calibrated for.
Being afraid of monsters under the bed or in the closet is an indicator they
are holding their awareness in discordant dimensions.
They may be trying to do a task in another dimension without appropriate
protection and support.
They have a need for safety and or control.
Anger
They are trying to retrieve their power.
They are trying to weave their own fabric of support and strength around
themselves.
They are trying to retrieve responsibility for meeting their own needs.
They are trying to return responsibilities that are not theirs.
They are feeling an empathic bundle or challenge and are trying to use the
anger to return it.
Unprocessed grief.
Grief
They are using a wave of emotion (energy in motion) to try to release old
energy out of their fields.
They are trying to use the emotion of grief to clean their fields.
Laughter
Laughter cleans the energy fields.
Laughter helps the energy fields move into a more harmonic vibration.
Laughter helps repair the energy fields.
Hysterical laughter is trying to return tons of empathic bundles back to
their right and perfect place.
Fear of Death
Afraid they are going to die...
They are trying to weave the fabric of their life for a safe and supported
reality.
If they want to die...
Take responsibility for...controlling their life, meeting their own needs,
valuing their own life,
They are wanting to take responsibility for their life.
They are wanting to take control of their own life. (Often parents or parent
figures put their control on the child and their life and the child then does
not feel like they have control of their own life.
Want to take their power back.
Empathic.
Afraid others are going to die...
Fear of the loss of a need being met.
They have given responsibility for their needs to the person they are afraid
is going to die, and are needing to retrieve that responsibility.
Feeling like they are adopted (and are not)
They miss their spiritual family.
At the of three children often disconnect from their spiritual family.
Help them connect to their spiritual family.
Get lost in fantasies and or gaming
They are doing grid work for their life.
They are in a process of weaving their fabric in a higher realm.
They are looking for connection, safety, fulfillment, or purpose.
They are trying to fill a hole.
Space out, blank expression, do not listen, do not seem to be
“there.”
They are withdrawing because they do not feel emotionally safe.
They are holding their awareness in another dimension doing something.
They are either...
Sending information.
Receiving information.
Doing grid work.
Weaving the grids for their life.
Visiting with their Team, Guides, or Spiritual Family.
Helping another in another dimension.
Recalibrating their fields for balance. (Resetting)
Cleaning their energetic fields.
Grounding in their own way.
Food Issues
The body is trying to...
Ground, clean the energy fields, soothe self, and return empathic bundles.
Does not feel in control.
Is trying to take control of self.
The Soul is trying to receive nutrients from its world using the body and
Earth nutrients. (Refer to the Body and Soul Galactic Roots class.)
Behavior Issues
Empathic - Send information, return the responsibility, and model a
solution.
Trying to receive information.
Trying to send information.
Trying to weave a grid.
Trying to destroy a grid.
Identify the behavior
Link it with a need
Invite them to get that need internally and in a higher realm in a healthy
way.
Model a healthy way of getting that need internally. (You do it.)
Validate the emotion and the need.

Call upon their Team and Guides to model supportive energy to them.
Call upon their Spiritual parents and family on the other side to help in a
healthy way.
